POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS
*Payment Policy
Full Payment must be done before ordering shipment – in advance.
Payment options:
Ø Cash: we only accept KWD currency. When you submit your order we will be calculating your bill and send a driver to collect money and provide your receipt for reference.
Ø Paypal: in USD currency, were you can use your Kuwaiti Debit/Credit card to pay – similar to K-Net payment. Once you submit your order via email I will be sending you a paypal receipt of the amount you need to pay. When the payment is done I will process your order.
*Delivery Policy
Local delivery limited to Kuwait only in cooperation’s with MrDelivery Delivery charges are (3 KD). Please make sure to provide your correct address to prevent any delays.
*Shipment Policy:
Once payment is received I will be processing your order through ARAMEX you can expect delivery within 7-10 days from the date of submitting your order. We will keep you updated regarding the shipment if possible.
Customer is responsible for paying extra charges of the shipment such as Kg weight, Kuwait Customs fees, Bank charges and Courier fees. It will all be provided in a receipt as evidence once it arrives Kuwait.
*No-Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable (No cash back) so you have to be very sure of the requested product to avoid any inconveniency. All products are sent to our customers with care and are in good condition with professional packaging, Q8 Mustang Blog guarantees that there won't be any defective or damaged items. Please note that Delivery charges (3KD) are non-refundable as well.
